1.Curriculum Development:

For the new curriculum framework: Ability to plan, develop course outlines, curriculum frameworks, and learning materials.

For existing curriculum frameworks:

• Directly create course outlines and learning materials for subjects (including slides, labs, quizzes, assignments, projects).
• Collaborate with content creators to compile course outlines and learning materials for subjects.
• Quality check course outlines and learning materials before review.

2.Curriculum Review:

• Participate in curriculum review activities as arranged by the Training Management Department.

3.Development of Faculty / Expert Team:

• Search for and develop a team of experts/instructors suitable for the training products and the educational environment at Academy to support the development of training programs.
• Guide training departments/subject areas/instructors at different branches on program content and the correct use of learning materials according to Academy’s regulations and processes.

4.Other Duties:

• Participate in teaching classes as needed to support the development of training programs (in accordance with the current teaching hour limits).
• Provide support, consultation, and coordination with other departments in organizing online/offline activities related to training.
• Perform other tasks as required by higher-level management.
